Community herbalist program
The first step to enroll in the Community Herbalist program is the completion of the Family Herbalist. The Community Herbalist program is tailored to individuals who wish to further their education in herbal medicine and is particularly suited for those who wish to use herbalism in a professional context whether that is through education, consultation, or integrating herbalism into an existing profession in the health field. The Community Herbalist program is a specific program with small individualized groups of students for study and practical experience. Through cultivation, consultation education, preparations, and education students discover their own niche within the field of herbal medicine. Students work one-on-one with professional herbalists to study the intricacies of the field and to find their heart's calling and the way to follow. The Community Herbalist Program allows students to integrate their herbalism knowledge in a professional setting. Students are awarded the certificate of their completion.
Community Herbalist graduates seeking additional professional and clinical guidance are welcome to apply to our Herbalist Mentorship Program. This program is a mentor-led apprenticeship that is for a single student. It can be tailored to meet the needs of each student's education. The program can be completed at your own pace and includes clinical practice, cultivation, preparation, and writing assignments.
